Accelworx Pvt. Ltd. (Accelworx) is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Head to lead our Human Resources department. As the HR Head, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee engagement, and driving strategic HR initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
- Provide leadership in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
- Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees seamlessly.
- Develop and manage talent retention strategies, including career development and succession planning.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a mediator and advisor in resolving employee relations issues.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and overall workplace morale.
- Foster open communication channels between management and employees.
- Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Regularly update and communicate changes in HR-related laws and regulations.
- Benefits Administration:
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing benefits packages.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in a multinational or dynamic work environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
