Head of Human Resources

Overview:

Accelworx Pvt. Ltd. (Accelworx) is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Head to lead our Human Resources department. As the HR Head, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee engagement, and driving strategic HR initiatives. This position requires a seasoned HR professional with strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for nurturing a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
    • Provide leadership in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
    • Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees seamlessly.
    • Develop and manage talent retention strategies, including career development and succession planning.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Act as a mediator and advisor in resolving employee relations issues.
    • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and overall workplace morale.
    • Foster open communication channels between management and employees.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  5. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
    • Facilitate training sessions to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  6. HR Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Regularly update and communicate changes in HR-related laws and regulations.
  7. Benefits Administration:
    • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.
    • Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing benefits packages.
  8. HR Metrics and Reporting:
    • Develop and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
    • Prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in a multinational or dynamic work environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
